It’s Simple, you can contact your HR department or Payroll department and collect it from them any time.

UAN to be activated
Enter Member ID
AADHAAR number updation
PANCARD number updation
Name: Fill full name as per the AADHAAR card
Date Of Birth: As per Aadhaar card.
Mobile Number: As per the Aadhaar card.
Email Id: Update the email id for communication.
Captcha: Check the above image and write correctly
Click on Get Authorization Pin

Enter All the Details:
Name – DOB – Mobile Number – Email Id
I Agree
Enter OTP you will get on your registered mobile number
Validate OTP And Activate UAN
Your UAN Activation will be done and you will get the password on your registered mobile number
After EPF UAN activation go to the home page.
Log in to your account to check any details.
ONLINE PF WITHDRAWAL CLAIM PROCESS:
- Please check and confirm your KYC before initiating the withdrawal process
- Also, ensure that you are not employed while claiming the PF(Form 19 & 10C)
- You will be eligible to withdraw PF only when you complete 60 days after last working day. and also ensure F&F is completed before applying for withdrawal.
UPDATION OF KYC:
- Activation of UAN is mandatory for carrying out any activity in UAN, so please ensure it is done.
- After activation, login to your UAN and update appropriate KYCs (attached file will guide you through)
- In case of mismatch of PF and PAN/Aadhaar details there is a possibility of rejection of PAN and Aadhaar, therefore, pl, correct all your records as per Aadhar and try.
Steps to update KYC for pf withdrawal.
Loing to your EPF account with UAN and password you will get on your registered mobile number.
On the top menu click “Manage” and select “KYC”
Select the information you want to update.
Fill out all the details correctly as per the documents and save
After that, the information will be sent to the Employer for the approval and you can check it below, the status of your request once approved go ahead and give a request for withdrawal.
