TOEFL scores are an accurate measurement of the right questions marked. Whereas in IELTS, the scores are converted into IELTS band scale of 0 to 9.

The IELTS requirements for Universities in USA fall between 6.5 and 7.5, but once again, it will largely depend on University and the course you are opting for.
