Share market terms:
Stockbroker: A stockbroker is an individual professional associated with the brokerage dealers or firms who sells/buys stocks or other securities for its client by taking some commission/fees from them.
Stop Loss: It’s the limit set by the investor to prevent heavy loss. It’s the limit value set at which market position will exit when the market goes in the negative direction or in loss of invested value.
Target: It’s the value set buy the investor to exit the position in the profit of market value.
Quantity: It’s the number of shares or lots invested by the investor.
Holding: If the person wants to keep the position of more than one then its called holding.
Intraday: Its called the day position in which person invest on the daily basis, exits the position on the daily basis.
CMP [Current Market Price]: It’s the current running price at which we either buy or sell the asset or service of the companies.
